One address reaches a real person, and every message is read. There is no contact form here on purpose — a form would mean collecting your details on a site whose whole premise is not collecting them.
Typical reply within two working days. Reported calculation errors are looked at the same day.
What to include
Reporting a wrong number
This is the message that gets answered fastest. Please include the page URL, the exact inputs you entered, the figure the calculator returned, and the figure you expected. If you can say where your expected figure comes from — a bank statement, a scheme document, a lender's own quote — that usually resolves it in one reply.
A guide that is out of date
Tax slabs, small-savings rates and threshold limits change, and a page that was right last year may not be right today. Point at the sentence and, if you have it, the notification or circular that superseded it.
Privacy and data requests
To ask what is stored against your account, to export it, or to have it deleted, write from the email address the account uses and say which you want. Deletion is permanent and is completed within 30 days. The privacy policy explains what exists to be deleted — for most visitors, who never sign in, the answer is nothing.
Advertising
Advertising on FinClamp is sold entirely through Google AdSense. There are no direct placements, no sponsored posts, and no paid links in the guides — please do not write about buying any of these, because the answer is no in every case.

You are welcome to quote or cite anything on the site with a link back; no permission is needed. Republishing a guide in full is not permitted — see the terms.
What this address cannot do
FinClamp is not a financial adviser and cannot answer questions about your personal situation — which fund to buy, whether to prepay a loan, how to structure your tax. Those depend on facts the site does not have and should not be answered by a stranger over email. The disclaimer explains the boundary.
It also cannot help with a specific bank, lender, insurer or fund house. FinClamp has no relationship with any of them and no ability to act on your account.
