Shape Spinner
Flick a stack of glowing shapes into a spin that slowly winds down.
Shape Spinner is a stack of five glowing shapes — a hexagon, a pentagon, a square, a triangle and a star — each turning at its own pace and every other one the other way. Give it a turn and the shapes slide past each other into patterns, leaving soft trails, until it winds down to a stop.
How to play Shape Spinner
- Drag round the middle to turn the shapes, and let go to set them spinning: the faster the drag, the longer the spin.
- Press Spin for a big turn, or Colours for a new set of colours.
- With a keyboard: the arrow keys turn it either way, Space gives it a big spin and P changes the colours.
Tips
- Watch the corners: as the shapes turn at different speeds they line up, part and line up again.
- Spin it gently in one direction and then the other to rock it like a wheel.
